Warranty
Carlton House Traditions Inc. warrants the original purchaser that for the stated warranty term, Carlton House Traditions will repair or replace any upholstered furniture, which is defective in material or workmanship. Purchaser is responsible for all transport costs related to any warranty claim. The decision to repair or replace will be at the discretion of Carlton House Traditions Inc. To exercise your rights under this warranty, you must submit the original sales receipt when making a claim.
Please make your claim through your authorized Carlton House Traditions Partner. If it is impractical to notify the partner, alternatively, please contact Customer Service at (403) 912-1386.
Warranty Terms
Frame and Springs when subjected to normal use, under normal conditions, are warranted for a limited lifetime, so long as your upholstered product is covered in its original covering.
Recliner, sofa bed, and swivel mechanisms, when subjected to normal use, under normal conditions, are warranted one year for recliner and swivel mechanisms, and three years for sofa bed actions.
Seat cushion cores are warranted for five years against the loss of resiliency.
Sofa Bed Mattresses: Carlton House Traditions extends the original manufacturers warranty to the original purchaser. Please contact Customer Service for details.
Fabrics, other than customer’s own material (COM), are warranted for one year from the date of manufacture against seam slippage, shrinkage, pilling, dye transfer and nap loss.
Leathers, other than customer’s own material (COM) are warranted for one year from the date of manufacture against seam slippage, tearing or splitting.
These cover warranties do not include wrinkling, natural markings, or variations in grain or color. The warranty does not cover fading or stains caused by exposure to sunlight, spills, improper cleaning, heat exposure, or the improper treating of the covering with chemical products.
This warranty is applicable only to the original purchaser when purchased from an authorized Carlton House Traditions partner.
Proper care and use is important in preserving your rights under this warranty.
This warranty does not cover damage caused from abuse, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Any product modification by any party other Carlton House Traditions Inc. will void this warranty.
Because each piece is handcrafted from natural raw materials, minor variations can occur from piece to piece. This warranty does not cover such minor differences or minor differences from the published specifications.
